Sangoma Announces Replacement of Auditor

ORONTO, ONTARIO–(Marketwired – April 20, 2015) – Sangoma^® Technologies Corporation (TSX VENTURE:STC), is pleased to announce that MNP LLP has been appointed to succeed Deloitte & Touche LLP as the Company’s auditor. Deloitte & Touche LLP resigned as the Company’s auditor on April 20, 2015, at the request of the Company. All procedures have been followed under NI 51-102 regarding the change of auditor and, as required, a Notice of Change of Auditor, together with the required letters from Deloitte & Touche LLP and MNP LLP will be filed via SEDAR and with the securities regulatory authority in each province that the Company is a reporting issuer. MNP LLP’s appointment is effective April 20, 2015 and shall continue until the close of the next annual meeting of shareholders.
