Deployment Options

RingCentral is cloud-only which means if the internet goes down, phones go down with it. Sangoma supports cloud, hybrid, and on-premises. Its hybrid model (Business Voice Plus/BV+) keeps calls running via failover to POTS, a secondary connection, or 4G/5G backup even during an outage.

Calling and Administration

Sangoma assigns one DID for both voice and SMS. SMS is unlimited on tiered plans. International calling is included on the premium tier for select countries.
