Now, we’re proud to announce her promotion to Senior Vice President of Global Sales and Channel Chief. In just 12 months, Susan has transformed how we engage the channel. She’s built stronger alignment and set a bold course for what’s next.

A Year of Game-Changing Progress
Susan helped launch the Pinnacle Partner Program, which redefines how we support our partners. It delivers fast onboarding, rich incentives, and dedicated resources built around partner growth.
She also led a strategic shift to bundled solutions, helping partners go to market with complete, easy-to-sell offers. Think UCaaS paired with Contact Center, UC plus Managed Security, or UC with Networking and Connectivity. Partners get more ways to create stickier deals, drive consultative value, and own more of the tech stack.
Paired with Sangoma’s vertical focus, partners can tailor these bundles for industries like healthcare, education, hospitality, retail, and manufacturing. The result is a solution that speaks the customer’s language and solves the problems they care about most.
A Champion for the Channel
Beyond programs and strategy, Susan leads with purpose. She’s a long-time mentor and advocate for women in tech, and this year, she was honored with the LEAD Award from the Alliance of Channel Women for her commitment to lifting others up and driving growth across the industry.
