Sangoma Announces Termination of United States Offering

Sangoma Technologies Corporation (“Sangoma” or the “Company“) (TSX: STC), a trusted leader in delivering cloud-based Communications-as-a-Service solutions, today announced that due to market conditions, the Company has elected to withdraw its previously announced common share offering in the United States, effective immediately. At current share price levels, the offering is no longer attractive to the Company or its shareholders.
