California Teleconnect Fund
What is the California Teleconnect Fund?
The California Teleconnect Fund (CTF) is a state-administered subsidy program that helps eligible organizations reduce the cost of essential communications services. Managed by the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC), CTF provides discounts—typically up to 50%—on qualifying voice and data services used for public or community purposes.
The program is designed for certain organizations such as schools, libraries, healthcare facilities, community-based nonprofits, and government entities that rely on reliable communications to deliver services. If your organization purchases UCaaS, voice, or broadband services and meets eligibility requirements, CTF can materially lower your monthly telecom expenses.
Eligibility, covered services, and application requirements are set by the CPUC and must be reviewed carefully.
How to apply?
To receive the discount on your Sangoma services, you must first be approved by the CPUC.
For authoritative program details, eligibility criteria, and application guidance, consult the CTF website at cpuc.ca.gov/ctf or access the eCAP system to manage your eligibility.
