No Additional Training: Users stay productive with the familiar MS Teams interface they already know

Flexible Integration: Choose the model that fits SMB, enterprise or hybrid PBX environments

Proven Reliability: Count on Sangoma’s uptime, site survivability and partner-centric support

TeamHub for MS Teams does not require an additional MS Teams Phone System license. Direct Routing requires an MSTeams Phone license and involves a separate  connector setup.

Yes. With Direct Routing you can preserve PBX investments (e.g., Switchvox) and still let users call from within MS Teams.

If MS Teams is unavailable, users continue without interruption via TeamHub or Sangoma mobile/softphone clients for business continuity.

Start from the customer’s size, budget, and UX preference. SMBs often choose TeamHub for MS Teams; enterprise environments prefer Direct Routing.
