Feedback Process

This page describes Sangoma’s process for receiving and dealing with feedback related to (a) Sangoma’s implementation of its accessibility plan, and (b) the barriers encountered by Sangoma’s employees and others who deal with Sangoma.

Sangoma will keep confidential the personal information of each person who provides feedback, unless (a) the person consents to the disclosure of their personal information, or (b) otherwise required by law. Feedback may be provided anonymously.

Sangoma will acknowledge receipt of feedback in the same manner it was received, except for feedback that is provided anonymously.
